this place is HORRIBLE. my cat was losing weight quickly and and laying around a lot ( which was not his normal personality) so we took him in to see Dr Hart. She said he has a kidney infection and she should keep him overnight and put him on IV fluids and run tests. He was my baby so I told her to do what needs to be done to find out whats wrong. I called the next day to ask about picking him up and she told me that he needs to stay another day or two and keep him on fluids. So, as we all know how muh it costs to keep animals overnight.....it went on for a week of me calling to see what the heck was going on with my cat. She said he has a kidney disease that will end up causing his kidneys to fail so when i took him home i was instructed to inject him with IV fluids myself twice a day for ten min. When i took him back for his check up she said he looked anemic and jaundiced so she should keep him overnight again. I said no i just paid you 1200 dollars to make my cat worse. even her technician told me not to let her keep him. how bad is that?? about a week later he took a turn for the worse and i knew it was time for him to pass so i took him to a friends vet to put him to sleep. she examined him before she injected him and said that he would have been better off without her treatments and she made him worse and she should have told me in the beginning that he will eventually die no matter what. He now rests in peace but i wish i would have known better and took him to another vet and he wouldnt have had to experience the worst days that he had left.

PS this vet called me for my last payment on my account and i told her to shove it up her a$$ and she hasnt called since...a year ago now. DR LISA HART HAS NO RIGHT TO BE CALLED A VETERENARIAN.

when I took my dog for shots had an appointment, dr, hart wasn t there, had to reschedule, was then given an expired vaccination. Was also given 250 mg of amoxicillen,7 count, and was charged 25.00 for it. When I asked for a prescription for it , as you can buy a 30 day supply of it at giant eagle for 4.00, she stated all meds have to be purchased from her . You may pay less for office visit, but believe me when I say she will make you pay higher prices for other services. Place is a dump.

I was told when I made the appointment to go to their new address because they were moving over the weekend. I got to the new address and there was a note on the door to go to the old place. No courtesy phone call to let me know. I waited over 1/2 hour from my appointment time. I only asked to have blood drawn for my two dogs for a heartworm check. Dr. Hart charged me 2 check up fees of $15.00 each to listen to their hearts and look at their teeth and see if they were spayed/neutered. The place was a dump. I understand they were in the process of moving, nevertheless it was filthy. I too will not return.
