Action Maids

I worked for this company for two days THREE WEEKS ago, and was HIGHLY disappointed with the low quality of the work we were expected to do. I saw a manager only mop half the floor because time was limited, and they charge $70/hour! Ridiculous! I am STILL waiting on a paycheck THREE WEEKS later, and I'm starting to think they don't plan on paying me at all! Horrible business.

They are HORIBLE you have to go by their two hour window and sometimes they show up and sometimes they wont, they also make their employees scrub floors like slaves and use harsh chemicals i wont recomment this place to nobody they are horrible and irresponsible. go somewere else trust me save ur money...

They give a two hour window so we had to take off work to wait. Two hours passed and no show and no call. My husband and I left a few minutes later so he could get a hair cut then I called them and told them no one had ever shown up, the office said they just must be a few minutes late because of weather but it's a TWO hour window so I said i'm sorry i'm not waiting anymore. THEN well after the window they call and say oh we're here we've bee downstairs the whole time (it's a highrise) trying to get in. What they didn't know is I had had my husband waiting in the lobby for the last 45 minutes so until at least a few minutes after the appt. they weren't there. They knew it was a vacant apt so someone had to wait with nothing to do (not like home with tv, chores, etc) and didn't even bother to call! Then they were late and tried to lie about it!

They make all of their employees use harsh chemicals on their hands, causing skin rashes. I won't support a company that does that to their staff. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Action Maids is a surprisingly nice business. When I called for a maid they were very nice and energetic. The maids came promptly and when they were done, the house was spotless. Best of all is knowing that you can trust them to do a good job and not take anything like some other maid services. Over all, Action Maids is a wonderful business.
