Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital

Fees at this clinic are consistent with area practices. Care is excellent. Staff is always helpful. I've used them for 8 years and have never been dissatisfied with services or recommendations. I think there boarding kennel (although I have not used it yet) is outstanding as is their day care (which I have used).

Between the period of October 21, 2007 through March 23, 2008 Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital and Pet Lodge advertised in their brochure, on their website and during individual verbal solicitations that they had a staff member onsite 24 hours a day. I was witness to these events and have a copy of the brochure and documented information that those were fraudulent statements. That simply was not true. They did not have a staff member onsite 24 hours a day.

When the hard decision was made to let our dog pass into the next world where he would be free from his pain, Dr. Jeff was more amazing and caring then we could have ever hoped. He talked with the whole family about the situation with Jake and what we could or should do. He spoke to us with genuine compassion about our options, which alone made the entire process more bearable, but what really made the difference was their "Comfort Room". The room was peaceful and at the back of the building and was specifically dedicated to letting animals pass with peace into the next world with their loving owners at their sides. You could see their dog daycare playing in the yard outside the window, which stirred a lot of good, younger day memories of Jake, especially from my girls. Before and after Jake was finally released from his pain, never once were we rushed or hurried through the grieving, or made to feel like we'd made the wrong decision. From Dr. Jeff to the vet staff to the ladies at the front desk, everyone at the Twinsburg clinic were very compassionate and sincere, which is all you can really ask for in that type of situation. Thank you, Casey, Jon, Roselyn and Madeline (and Jake too)

Off and on for thirty years my family has been going to this veterinary clinic. I am not sure if they sold the business to someone else and kept the same name. But its not the same as I remember it. My dog recently had a tumor removed, by Dr. Stacey. I should have stopped going then... when she calls you to let you know test results she talks 500 miles an hour and if you try to ask her questions she seems miffed and bothered, like you should not have asked her any questions at all. Again, should have not gone back...but I did. I just got back from taking my cat there and have never been more mortified. The girl at the front, I believe her name is Meredith, tells me what the bill is, it was over one hundred and thirty dollars, just to draw blood and a basic check up because my cat is not feeling well. So I tell her that I cant pay for all of it and as she starts speaking louder and louder letting me know they cant let me pay for just half, they dont allow that. (Meanwhile a couple months ago I spent over eight hundred dollars on my dogs tumor) So she (Meredith) says she will go ask Dr. Stacey if its okay if I just pay for half and as she is walking to the back she is still talking very loudly really reiterating the fact that I cant pay my bill so the whole world can hear what an awful person I am because I cant pay a measly one hundred and thirty dollar bill. After consulting with the good Dr. she comes back to let me (the charity case) know that just this one time Dr. Stacey will let me pay half the bill. I was so unbelievably mortified.
I am a manager in the printing industry and I have to deal with disgruntled customers all the time. If I EVER acted this way towards a customer I would be fired. The idea is to make the customer happy, if there is a problem you fix it. SIMPLE COMMON COURTESY... Now, that is the printing industry or any customer service oriented business. Dr. Stacey is a Dr. my pets are (were) her patients and my pets are my family and my family and me do not deserve to be treated like some second class thugs.
I was so upset I cried the whole way home. And just an FYI I was not acting like a disgruntled customer I was too busy feeling like I needed to find the nearest hole to crawl into... When I got home I called the office and told them to forget sending the blood out to be tested, charge me for the exam, deduct that from what I already paid you and send me my dog and my cats records. Merediths reply was, Whats you fax number. Not, how can we fix this...How can we keep your business....Whats you fax number...WOW When did it become okay to be this rude and uncaring? I JUST DONT GET IT!

I have been taking my animals to Twinsburg Vet for years (cat and dog). My dog is kenneled several times a year for business and family vacations, and she absolutely loves the staff (as do I). I've never had a dog that actually enjoys going to the vet until now! The new facility is GORGEOUS! There is plenty of space now, a lot more exam rooms, and they have a state-of-the-art kennel (many options to choose from now), as well as a doggie day care. It is a must-see facility (now located on Ravenna Road in Twinsburg)!!!!

My dog has been going there for nine years. They are excellent with the animals and the clients. Very patient and caring. They are also wonderful as a boarding kennel.

I got a same day appointment (annual vaccinations), the facilities were really clean, and they didn't try to up-sell me on un-necessary services like most other vets have. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The prices were very fair- no higher than I've paid elsewhere in the past.

I would never take my dogs anywhere else!

This is a very clean facility that does their best to fit you in on short notice and remind you of regular appointments. They are very reasonably priced and respond very well in case of emergencies.

They are very patient with our dogs and seem to genuinely enjoy their business. I appreciate that they take their time and answer all of our questions. They give us a variety of options and assist us with our dog care decisions.

If you need a good vet that truly cares about their animals, this is the place for you!

PROS: Excellent pet care
CONS: Waiting room is a bit small for a number of dogs and cats at the same time.
