Walked in on a Tuesday, had an Appointment for Saturday to install a Viper remote start. Very informative & professional salesman. Ended up changing my mind & adding a car alarm as well, they didn't miss a beat. Dropped it of on Saturday morning for the installation. Not only did they meet a few special requests they even offered up & accommodated a few suggestions of thier own. The end product was exactly what I wanted & they walked me through all functions. WILL recommend them in the future.

Finishline has an extremely friendly and professional staff. I've had multiple vehicles completely customized by them and they have always done great work and took care of all and any issues in a timely and professional manner. I refer friends to visit their store and they feel the same. Great people, great products, and very fair pricing !

My husband purchased a remote car starter from them for me for my birthday. I dropped my car off on a Saturday at 9:00 am and they advised that it would not be ready until 3 pm - 6 hours. I have had 2 other cars that I had starters put in and it never took more than a couple hours to install. When I asked why it would take so long to install, the man got extremely rude with me and told me that if I didn't like the way they do things that I could come back another day. That was only the beginning of the treatment I received. There were some issues with my car starter that required me to bring it back in the following Monday. They worked on it for a few hours to no resolve. When I asked the status I again was spoken to rudely and with a complete condescending manner. They treated me like a stupid woman who knows nothing about cars and told me that the issues were with my car and not with anything they were doing. I realize that issues will come up with cars and am not upset with that fact. I am upset with the way I was treated and talked to. I finally had to bring it in a 3rd time this past Monday to have a part installed that they needed to order. After my car was finally completed, I voiced my concern with the treatment I received. At that point the man at the counter and the owner's wife, Pam, proceeded to verbally attack me and yell at me. The man told me I was too sensitive, they treat everyone the same and that he wasn't going to f-ing babysit me. I was not looking to receive anything for free, only to have them know how they made me feel and maybe get a sincere apology. I have only received one apology through the entire process and it was a back-handed apology. I have never experienced such abusive behavior at the hand of a business owner. No one deserves this.

Cons: Didn't have parts, had to make 3 trips, treated badly, yelled at by staff, treated like a dumb woman, given a back handed apology
