Randy is a great person and a fantastic landlord, why I am not sure if he has continued in the rental business, I have talked to those who have used his services to buy their properties and they too find him to be easy to work with and generally a good person. We have been renting from him for over 2 years now and could not ask for a better situation or land lord, great property and a great landlord.
