Keith's Saddle Shop has very poor customer service. I have shopped at this store for the last couple of years for western wear and boots. They do have a nice selection of merchandise, however I do not feel that they back there

Every year I go to Keith's at the Equine Affair and QH Congress. Their staff is always friendly and willing to help. Recently friends went to their store and said the same. We bought 6 pr of boots a saddle and a bunch of misc items. Love to shop there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I returned a bridle to the Keith's shop that I bought at the Keith's booth at the Equine Affaire. I asked AT the equine affaire about the return policy, and I was told that I could return the bridle in 30 days provided it wasn't used and I had the receipt. Sure enough, the bridle didn't fit my horse's fat head, and I was able to SUCCESSFULLY return it at the base store. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and the employee I spoke with even spent a considerable amount of time helping me pick out my first bit. Can't imagine why justmyway had such an issue, unless they had buyer's remorse a year later :)

I was in Keiths the other day and everybody that was working was very nice and very helpful! I bought 2 pairs of boots and 3 pairs of jeans for about $250! Got a good deal and they are reasonably priced! Overall, very happy with my experience!
