My husband's family has been taking their cars here for years. He recently needed a repair to his oil pan gasket and called Randy's and found out that he beat another estimate by about $100! We dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready to go after work. It was totally painless and we haven't had a problem since.
PROS: Good location, quick service, good prices
CONS: Their drop box for keys was really hard to find!
