Ganley Ford

We have had nothing but trouble with the Service Department at Ganley Ford in Barberton. In fact, we complained about them to the Akron BBB and the Ohio Attorney General's office. Their work is terrible/negligent. You're better off taking your vehicle elsewhere--even if you bought it there. They do more damage than good (we're still paying for damage they did to the rear end of our truck while "repairing" it before we even got it off the lot!). We really liked the salespeople when we bought our two used trucks from them but will never buy another Ford product because of the experience we've had with Ganley Ford after buying them.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy a ford taurus and ganley advertised them brand new for $10,999. After several calls to the one in cleveland where we were going to go, i was connected to the one in barberton by the operator by mistake when i called with another question. The salesperson there convinced me to come to that one, and said they had 30 cars of what i was looking for to choose from. When we got there we found out that wasn't true, there was only ONE car for the price we were looking for, they had other taurus's but they were all more expensive. (and the salesperson who told us there were 30 never did make an appearance) Our salesperson was not bad, We found a car we liked and he gave it to us for $1000 less than the sticker price. We spent $11,999 for a 2006 taurus SE with 13,000 miles and we really do love it, it is a great car and what other car can you get brand new for such a good price?? (the taurus is discontinued so that might be why the final ones are such a good price, now they are ford fusion)
