The management team at Fox Chase is completely unreliable and it is difficult to even get a straight answer from anyone in the office. There is little communication between the property manager and the maintenance team, resulting in incomplete work orders and a complete disregard for the tenant. We have had roof leaks and near electrical fires, without even a call back from emergency maintenance. The garbage cans are always overflowing, dog waste containers will overflow for days, and the landscape is in dire need of upkeep. This place is not worth the money. The pool did not open on Memorial day, and according the the office, there is tile and grout work still being completed on the pool which means the pool has yet to be filled. Tenants are not made aware of things like this unless you call the office. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. I have never wanted to move so badly.

If you ask me one star is too much to give this property. I lived here over four years ago and loved it. I had to move out of town temporarily and couldn't wait to move back to Fox Chase North. I wouldn't even consider another apartment complex. I moved back in Feb. '08 not without problems but those were soon dealt with as a new manager took over shortly after I moved back in. Things were awesome from March '08 till Spring '09, of course, right after I just paid a substantial increase in rent and renewed my lease for another year. I've never seen a property decline so quickly. We went from having two community activities every month to one activity every six months if that often. The office personnel changed on a monthly basis. There were at least five different managers over the last year. Granted some of those were interim managers. No two of them would give you the same answer to any question you may have. The landscaping which was always neat and tidy, never looked worse. There were some weeks my small dog found it difficult to walk through the grass that was taller than him to use the bathroom. Lights were always burned out in the already dark parking lots and they were never in a hurry to repair them. Snow removal was a joke. They clean the parking lots in a timely manner but make sure you have a shovel because they shove the snow mounds right against your back tires so you have to dig your own way out. I'm so happy to be out of that place, and know several other tenets who are counting down the days to be free also. This place used to be worth the high rent they charge, but not anymore! They're letting just anyone move in and it's looking more and more like the slums not the Luxury Apartments they're trying to market. Go to Eastgate Woods it's basically in the same category these days, only half the rent and I would bet any amount of money the people "working" in the office are much more friendly.
