Jones The Florist

I ordered flowers for my sister to celebrate her engagement....the arrangement was very small for 65 dollars. The flowers were bruised and damaged upon arrival. It was a special day for my sister. I called to complain and got the run around... Not happy.

Sometimes when you place an special request for your arrangement there seems to be a trade off in quality. I have to say that my experience with Jones over the years has been that they never seem to sacrifice the level of quality, not only in arrangement but in floral freshness and volume. I don't think you can go wrong with Jones, especially when the end result is so important to all of us.

I wanted old-fashioned flowers, but also a very classic look, which is a challenging look to achieve, esp. in July. However, Jones found the right flowers in the right arrangements and within my budget. When the flowering plants I wanted for the church didn't open as fully as was desired, they went the extra distance to find replacements for them without me ever having to worry about it. I will never forget how beautiful the bridal party bouquets were and the effort expended to make the mother/grandmother/sister corsages just right. I was very pleased.

I say buyer beware when dealing with Jones the Florist. I have used them twice, and both times I was not satisfied with what I received. The first time I used them to send flowers to my mom at work for her birthday. First, I told them to deliver them to her at work, and I told them her hours. They didn't show up until 5 minutes before the end of her workday, and that was only after I called a few times. What finally got to her looked like some five dollar bouqet from a grocery store. They did, however, replace the bouqet with something nicer after I called and complained. I gave them a second chance, and a very similar situation occured. I won't give them a third chance.

The flowers in my wedding came from Jones and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The colors were gorgeous, and they helped us pick the best variety of flower types and colors to compliment each other and the colors of our wedding. The roses and calla lilies in my bouquet were vibrant and healthy and gorgeous!

They always have the most beautiful arrangements and their prices are decent. They are very friendly and have great specials on a daily basis. When in doubt, use Jones the Florist!

Jones the florist always gives you something impressive for the money you spend. While they may be more expensive ( I really don't know because they are the only florist I use) in my opinion they are well worth the cost. I've never gotten anything but unique beauty from their stores. I can always count on having a nice arrangement arrive when I send flowers from Jones. While they can do the FTD stuff, their own creations are so unique I don't know why anyone would bother. They are terrific
