1 Stars: Untrust worthy (by Barbara C.)

Do not place orders on the internet nor telephone with her.. I am un happy with Teri unprofessional organization. She seems to be in to far over her head with orders for one person. First bad experience was in April on could not place order for service and promised to for the month of May. So I contacted her again April 11th no response, Called on the 29th claims she is booked month of May and said earliest would be in July! Please do not make a promise to a new customer if you can not hold you word and leaves me to wonder if she properly cooks/mixes her cake mixes if she is in such a hurry all the time.

2 Stars: Pretty cakes but be careful when ordering over the phone or internet! (by Heather W.)

I ordered a cake for my son's baptism. It was a beautiful cross cake. What they didn't tell me is that they have two types of buttercream type icing when I placed the order over the phone. One is the whippy type that isn't sweet and the other is a much different, more traditional buttercream like on a wedding cake. My company ordered cakes with this type and it tasted ok. The cake was also dry. I paid alot of money for this cake and my guests didn't care for it. When I called to let them know I wasn't satisfied and to tell them I didn't get the icing I asked for, they argued with me and said that they didn't know why my guests didn't like the cake, the whippy icing is their premium icing and everyone prefers it over the "Traditional, American buttercream" When I told them it was dry, they argued with me. I know dry cake! They didn't care that I wouldn't order from them again and didn't even apologize and acted like I was inferior for not liking their icing. So, if you do order a cake from them, you may want to go in there and do a taste test on the icing and make sure you get what you pay for!

5 Stars: Artrageous Desserts is Awesome! (by Anna D.)

Artrageous Desserts is great! A co-worker told me about them because I was asking around to see if I could find a bakery that could make a cake for my brother-in-law's birthday with a picture on it. Artrageous Desserts not only made the cake with the picture on it but made it edible, too! It was such a hit at the birthday party! Everyone loved it and asked where we got it from... I highly recommend Artrageous Desserts! You can get cakes, pies, donuts, pastries... anything sweet, I'm sure they'll make it! The prices are reasonable, too. Five stars!
