I was pulling my boat to Lake erie when I had a tire blow. I stopped in at 5 minutes after close. Not only did they replace my tire but they stayed open an extra hour and half so i could drive to my trailer and take off the other the other tire and have two new ones for my trip. Did not leave the store untill 8:30. Go see Chris he took care of me.

My brakes went out on my car the other morning while driving to work. In the afternoon I stopped into the new bob sumerel to check the brake fluid. I was alone and a female. I have plenty of people in my family who have the capability to work on vehicles, although my step father was out of town this particular day. When the manager Stew contacted me to explain why my brakes went out, he then continued to speak to me firmly and stated "I cannot peice meal this job" (because all I wanted was to get the car home for my step father to replace the brakes). he continued by saying, "What...are you going to tow it?". He has horrible customer service and I also felt like he was scolding me for not paying their rediculous labor charges for something a 5 year old can do. Long story short, I got one item on their laundry list of problems replaced on my car and brought the car to a friend who also can "fix" vehicles. My rear brakes were completely fine. The drums which Stew stated were ruined, were fine. I almost spent over 500 dollars at Bob Sumerel when I spent 21.00 for front brakes (which they did not even inform me the front were going bad). I would love to see bob sumerel go out of business for scanalous behavior and TRYING to take advantage of women. I'm not paying these Bob Sumerel emplyee's child support or their bills.
