Ritz Carlton Cleveland

Everything about our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very attentive the minute we arrived. The hotel was beautiful, and very clean. We enjoyed the location in Tower City Center, and all the great things downtown Cleveland has to offer. The hotel is in a great location too! The concierge was very helpful. We had an excellent view of the water from our room, but be sure to ask for this view ahead of time. This Ritz-Carlton isn't as grand as some others I have stayed at. It is kind of stuffed in the Tower City Center, but it is still an elegant, comfortable, and luxurious Ritz hotel. We were a little leery about eating at the Century restaurant, afraid we might miss out on dining at another fabulous restaurant downtown, but the Century is certainly not disappointing. We also ate at Johnny's downtown which I highly recommend. Great times in Cleveland too! It is a great city. Surprisingly classy and glamorous.
