I don't know if they hung up on me or we got disconnected
bleech incredibly overpriced and not particularly friendly. rates they quoted for a simple job were more than twice that of other companies in the area. since i didn't end up using them i cannot attest to the quality of their service
Overall good service, but not the most helpful in terms of problem-solving and pricing. We paid for a service call and 1/2 hour of labor for them to squirt a bit of WD40 into a lock that was sticking. Gee -- they could have told us to try that first instead of the big bill for little bit of help. Or charged us for a service call only instead of an additional 1/2 hour of labor.
