We have boarded our two neurotic cats here multiple times. It is great, it is a clean and spacious place with great staff. Our cats always come home happy. Definitly would recommend this place!

Anytime we go out of town we bring our dog to Royal York Pet Motel. The staff must do a great job because she doesn't seem to mind it when we drop her off. She is always excited when we come to pick her up, but she always seems unsure of whether she really wants to leave. I think she really enjoys staying here when the weather's nice because she can lounge in the outdoor run. We highly recommend Royal York.

My dog Maddie loves staying at the Royal York Pet Motel. She gets excited when we pull into the parking lot.

I love the piece of mind knowing that she is being well cared for when she is not at home.

I have been boarding my two Colies at Royal York for 9 years now. They treat my dogs like they are their own pets! The facility is always clean, the staff always friendly. I was in the USAF for 20 years and boarded my pets in many places. None like this! Excellent Price, Service, and Care for the four legged members of my family! I's recommend them to any one!

I have used Royal York for over 10 years to board and groom my dogs. The facility is clean and they provide great service. I tried several other kenneks before using Royal York and none of them can compare. They are very knowledgable and caring. My dog is a cocker spaniel and I can't say enough about the great job that is done when he is groomed. This is definitely a kennel I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

True this facility may look older then most but the service and value you cannot beat! I have been boarding my two labs for about 8 years now and when I relocated back to Cleveland 3 years ago I decided to look for another boarding facility on the West-side of Cleveland that was cost-effective. I came across Royal York. I am been using them since I have return and I cannot say anything but great reviews about the service and availableness of the staff there! Since relocating now to columbus I hope to find a similar facility that will treat my pups with the same love and care as Royal York has done in the past!

While the facility may be older than some, they keep it very clean and tidy. They provide plastic baskets and fresh towels for the dogs to sleep on which is nice, and our dog came back clean and happy. Compared to many other kennels in the area, the Royal York is a great value and the staff are very friendly and polite.

We took our dog to Royal York for almost 11 years. They were always so kind to her and I never worried about her care. She had quite a few health issues over her 11 years and they always made sure she had her meds and was comfortable. When she died last month, they were one of the first people we called. They even gave a donantion to the ASPCA in her name. They are very caring people and we highly reccomend this kennel!

We have been going there for years. Our dogs love going there and are happy when we pick them up. We don't worry about when we leave them there, the staff is wonderful and considerate. They really care about our dogs. Elke is very knowledgable, Patty does an excellent job grooming our Bichon. We would recommend this kennel to everyone.

I have been bringing my dog in for boarding monthly since 2006. They have always taken good care of my dog and have been very accommodating. They are very caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this kennel!

Patti does a fantastic job grooming our dogs. The dogs are in and out of the appointment within a few hours. She is very talented and is the best groomer that I have ever had for my dogs. She does the most amazing

We kept my dog, Lacey here a few years ago and have come back ever since. We love the place. The staff is nice, the environment is clean and doesn't smell. She even got her own bed with a comfy blanket! She came back clean, healthy and happy! The prices were great and she was eager to go back. I would definetly recomend this kennel to any one!

Very great pet motel is the best well worth the price...kennel personel are very polite and very respectful of the pet and their care...Highly recommend the kennel wont go anywhere else..

No one ever likes to leave thier pets in a kennel. However, this is the best place I have found. My dogs don't even seem to mind going there. They provide premium (biljac) food if you don't provide any, give the pets excercize, and keep them happy and healthy! The only thing is you have to pick them up at certain times, and those are not always the most convienient. Otherwise its a great place though. Go and feel secure!
