I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for standing behind your work. I have had my 2001 Honda Accord repaired at your shop twice and have been very pleased with the work you have done. The last time i came in and had you look at the rust under the wheel well. The fact that you agreed to fix it and you guaranteed your work. That will keep me as a Grabke auto customer. I had heard that your shop did good work. Its a hour drive to get there from Oak Harbor. Its worth the druive to get that kind of service. I will not hesitate to recommend your services! .

My recent experience with my 2010 BMW. I must say, Steve Grabke's Body Shop in Holland, Ohio was a wonderful experience. Workmanship and deadline were met with a finished product second to none. The repair and refinish work was actually nicer than the factory. Every body panel lined up perfectly, in fact, the body panels of the automobile they refinished are actually nicer than the factory paint and I'm now going to allow them to refinish the entire car. I must add, my interior hasn't been this clean in a long time. They actually cleaned the interior in a professional manner, something that is unheard of today! Steve Grabke's Body Shop far exceeded my expectations! Just wonderful people and a magnificent "state of the art" facility,,,second to no one! Simply stated....A CLASS ACT.

it took them over a week to give me my car. When they finally said they were done, they weren't they left paint tape but really it was paint pealing off the door, they turned the radio bass way up. I have an infant daughter. They left dirt on my leather seats, broke my license plate bracket, and didn't screws it in. Never called me for a week. When I called on Friday afternoon I talked to two people who could tell me nothing and promise to call me back in half an hour but failed to. They apologized for being busy but not for wasting my time or the damage. I plan on contacting my insurance who referred me and the shop to fix my license plate and the chipped paint and it better get done quickly.

What a wonderful experience it is to have someone truly do the right thing. Great honest work. Was referred by a colleague wouldn't send my friends or family anywhere else. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Great service
I never spend my time complaining about things on the internet. The WORK DONE WAS SO GREAT I AM GLAD TO SPEND MY TIME ON THE INTERNET GIVING THANKS TO SUCH A REPUTATABLE AND IRREFUTABLELY WORLD CLASS WORK! WOW. NO WOMDER THESE GUYS ARE ON THE TO LIST FOR ALL MAJOR CAR INSURANCE COMPANIES.

I have had many cars in Steve's shop. Club Wagon rollover, Taurus rear-ended, same Taurus hit by a deer, Ford Five Hundred (twice). Always comes back amazing, better than before, and fair pricing.

I never even shop. No one touches my car but Steve Grabke.

This business was excellent to deal with when someone rear-ended my Subaru WRX. They actually stayed a little late for me to bring my car in the same day the accident occured. They then arranged for a rental car and drove me to get the rental. When we did have concerns about the repair they quickly remedied the situation. They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out before returning it to us. We did not even have to return the rental car ourselves. There was also a problem with the battery and they recommended some great places to purchase a new one. They took car of everything. I would definitely recommend this business.
