I have taken my family's cars here for many years and have always had great service. Reasonable prices for the quality of work provided.

These guys are absolutely the best. They may not be the cheapest (I would guess 10% more than if you shop around.) but they do it right the first time and stand behind their work. I haven't taken my car any place else for 40 years, and with the exception of a fuel pump going out one night I have never had a breakdown. Good luck? I'm sure. Great mechanics? I am positive.

Brought my vehicle in when a check engine light illuminated with poor engine performance. They charged me $100 to turn the light off and said there were no other issues. 6 hours later the light came back on, and the car continued to run poorly. I brought it back the next day, and told them what happened and they looked at it again.

When I picked it up they said there was a crack in an air intake hose and they taped it up, but wanted to charge me again; however I advised that the car was not fixed the first time around so they shouldn't be charging me. I also asked if they could show me exactly what they did so I had proof that work was done and they just didn't turn off the light like before.

3 months later the same problem arose (poor running, knocking, bad acceleration, light came on), so I looked at the hose myself to find that the tape had come loose, exposing the hole. Ultimately, I found replacing it myself cheaper and easier. After doing some research, I found the part for $38 dollars from Napa, and put it on in 30 minutes. I most likely saved myself another $200 on top of the original $100 they charged 3 months ago.

As to why they just didn't replace hose the first time around and complete the job originally is still a mystery. My assumption is that merely taping it would eventually create more business for them down the road when the part finally failed.

Won't go back.

A very honest shop. Only sell you what you need. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The people are very friendly and even call you to be sure the work was done ok.

The prices they charge for a part are more than double the price you pay at any auto parts store. Then ofcourse you pay for labor for the installation. Rotors that only cost $30 were costing $60 at CARS. A caliper that was only $70 was listed around $160. The people seem friendly, but if you question their services or prices that friendly attitude is out the window. Will not be returning!!!

I took my first car here every time it needed a repair, and they were kind and honest and did an excellent job. I didn't feel like they tried to rip me off by selling some of the "extras" along with their service. I also took my car in before purchasing it to have it looked over, and they gave me an honest evaluation of any problems it had, and how much they would cost to repair. Honest, nice guys!

My family has been going to CARS for as long as I can remember. They are very honest, and VERY thorough when you go to get something fixed. The only thing that I have a TINY TINY problem with is that sometimes I think certain repairs are a little pricey. But the honesty is well worth paying the extra price. Very friendly, thorough and honest.
