I have to agree the wait at this office is awful, but she is an awesome Dr. When my son was at Fairview Hospital forRotovirus she came in everyday and explained to me step by step what was going on as a first time mom i was obviously scared for my child and she reassured me things would be ok. My 2 year old loves her so as much as the wait is a pain i will continue to take my son to see her

I have always been very frustrated with the wait times when I take my children to see her. She does not spend that much time with us to make it worth while. It also is very difficult to get someone on the phone. Almost every time I call noone answers, always voice mail. No matter what I take my children in for we always come out with an anti biotic. We are switching pediatricians.

My child was born with severe jaundice, and Dr. Gaudiz was wonderful through the entire process. She was knowledgeable and emotionally supportive. For that, I give her great kudos. However, as time went by seeing her, I got fed up with the waits that often topped more than TWO HOURS for a scheduled well baby visit. I also felt that she tended to turn to medication rather quickly, rather than look at alternatives.

PROS: Kind and caring
CONS: Horrible, horrible wait times

I love this pediatrician. She's knowledgeable and professional, yet personal. There may be a longer than expected wait, even if you have an appointment, which is understandable because you can never gauge how long a physical may take. There are toys and magazines in the waiting area for kids and adults. The wait is worth it - Dr. Guadiz is attentive, answers any questions, makes precise diagnoses and always knows the right medicine to prescribe to soothe pain or treat an illness quickly. My kids love her, and never mind going to the doctor.

A FABULOUS pediatrician. Her entire office is extremely helpful, patient, and all around wonderful. She has a way with kids that makes them love her. Her nurses, too. One drawback - she is almost never running on time. Worth the wait, though, in my opinion. When it is your turn, she is never rushed and gives your children the attention you expect.
