My wife and I just purchased a used Nissan Murano from here and it was hands down the least stressful and hassle-free experience either of us had had buying a car. The vehicles were very fairly priced and the sales and financing staff were very helpful. We never once felt like we were being pressured. They worked with us to get the price and payments to a number we felt happy with. I would definitely recommend going here. It was a refreshing change from many of the other dealerships we have visited.

Rude and impersonal. We drove in from 3 hours away and set up an appointment with Don. As soon as walked in he launched in to a story about how some guy from Maryland wanted the same car we did and we had to buy it right away or he had to call the other guy and sell it to him. Was I born yesterday? I hate these kinds of pressure tactics. Of course, there could have been a guy in Maryland, but Don was so rude about it. Completely impersonal. He practically threatened us with phrases like "look, if you don't buy this car I have to call this guy in Maryland the minute you walk out that door and sell it to him."

Don, learn to respect your customers. Buckeye, if this is an endorsed practice please rethink how you deal with customers. We're not here to be best friends, we get that, but kindness goes a long way. My experience at Buckeye illustrates why people have used car salesmen.

Our salesman, Don, was rude. He used pressure tactics. He was very impersonal. We don't have to be friends, I know this is a business. I don't expect special treatment. I do expect respect. Kindness. At least a "hello, nice to meet you"

I recently purchased a vehicle at "Buckeye Nissan". Within the purchase was the understanding of the dealer paying off the remaining balance of my lease (5 months) and any additional charges after inspection of the turn in or additional penalties/charges. The dealer did payoff the remaining balance of the lease, however, after the turn in I was billed $316.40 for additional charges. When I brought it to the dealer's attention, they had no knowledge of what I was talking about. I assured the dealer manager Mark Savage that the statement was made while negoiating a purchase price, however, they were not willing to honor there sale man's statement.

My husband took the day off so we could go car shopping. It wasn't a matter of if we were going to buy a car , it was who we wereg oing to buy a car from. I had a idea of the type of car I wanted but wanted to drive several to see what would be the best fit for me. We had already been to two dealerships that morning when we arrived at Buckeye by about 11:00am. We went in, went directly to the Cube I was interested in. We spent about 15min, in and around the car. I went into the main show room, walked around outside, went back into the show room and spent a least 1/2 hour at the dealership and not ONE person talked to me or my husband. NOT ONE salesman approached or spoke to us. We left and bought a Nissan Cube at Ricart that afternoon. They lost a sale because we were ignored.

Pros: No pressure

Cons: No one spoke to me at all

I purchased a car there 5 months ago and it has died twice already. The first time (2 months post-purchase) they replaced the battery at a cost of $160. The second time it died I called them and spoke with Karl Davis, the Finance Manager (highest employee there since it was a Sunday) and he said to call Roadside Assistance for a tow and he'd have a rental waiting for me. However when I showed up with the tow truck and spoke with Karl he didn't mention the rental. When I asked about it he said it wasn't possible. He could not provide me any information on an authorized rental agency (needed approval PRIOR to rental in order for my SecurityPlus Vehicle Protection Plan to cover it). When I went to pick the car up they said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and handed me a bill for $110.

I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Dave Morris. Dave rattled off a list of 4-5 possible causes and said it would most likely not start again. I asked about the bill and he said since they couldn't figure out what was wrong the SecurityPlus wouldn't cover it. I asked him out of the 4-5 possible causes how many were covered under the service agreement. His response: all of them. After much debate he cut the bill in half.

I took my car to Nissan/North in Worthington and talked to the service guy there. I told him what the car was doing and he informed me there was a known problem with a particular part on my car. He looked at it, confirmed the diagnosis, and repaired it. All covered under the service agreement. I told him about my experiences at Buckeye Nissan and he was shocked they told me they couldn't figure it out and furthermore that they would charge me for the issues. I am never using the service at Buckeye Nissan again and will never recommend them to anyone I care about.

They sold me a car which 10 minutes after purchasing the service engine light came on. As it turns out the error was displayed before only it had been cleared off without repair. They did not inform me that there were any engine problems even when directly asked. They hid information regarding the car from me and I think this is deplorable.

I found a good deal on-line on an Altima. Sent e-mails back and fourth, finally agreed on something. Went to go the next day and they had said that it was sold, BUT is still being listed on the web. They are luring people in on this good deal but then telling them is has been sold but they "have other vehicles ". Even later that week the "good deal" that was supposed to be sold, was still being advertised.

I personally think that this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I emailed them for a price and was responded to very quickly. I was told by another Nissan dealer a lower price but when I went there they did not honor what they had said. So I called Molly at Buckeye and set up an appointment. As soon as I got there the car was ready to go and all I had to do was drive it to make sure I liked it. I was in and out in less than an hour and I was very pleased with this because I needed to get my kids home before they exploded. All in all Molly and Lynn in there finance department were great. Even though sometimes they are not the lowest in price they are the highest in customer satiifaction and my time is worth a lot more than $200 difference in price.

I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima I bought new at Buckeye Nissan.
The car now has 195k miles on it and I wouldn't take it anywhere else! I drive past 2 other Nissan dealers to take mine in for service. I look forward to buying my 2009 from the only dealership I'll consider!

Just bought a used 05 Maxima SL from Buckeye Nissan. It was used but looked in great shape. And was "Nissan Certified". On the way home from the dealer all four power locks quit working and the breaks started squeaking. New pads fixed the "shot" front brakes (my expense) but now BN wants to charger me to replace the two read door lock actuators, they fixed the front drivers door no charge and agreed after some complaining to fix the passenger door lock actuator but want me to pay $$$ for the two rear door locks! The car is only two weeks old! C'mon!

I brought my car in for small collision service. It was supposed to be ready in 4 days, by a Friday. They failed to call and inform me while work was going on about the cost, and they failed to let me know that my car wouldn't be ready until the following Tuesday. Everytime I called to speak with the man handling my account, he was uncourteous and seemed to feel like I was bothering him. I wouldn't use their services again.

This business does not give a care about its customers. All these thiefs care about is earning a buck and locking you in. They wein you in with a warm setting, and the nice representatives who take your information. However once you buy a vehicle or sign you car over to be checked for service, they could care less. My car sat there for a week and absolutely no work was completed. I had to take the matter into my own hands to get the problem resolved and was threated for doing so. This place is a joke and the people are horrible. Very unwilling to work with the customer, whether you buy a $12,000 Versa or a $45000 350Z. I would drive to another city to get service before I would ever set foot in that hell hole.

I have a Nissan, so I've gotten my oil changed several times here. They do a good job and they nicely wash your car after. My only hang-up about giving them a 5-star review is that they never have it done in 30-minutes, like Nissan promises. That's fine when I have spare time, but I have been late getting back to work before!

Excellent service, great staff.
