Mirage On The Water

dont blame Metropolis, they have been doing hip hop nights on sat for 3 years on sat. nights. There was never a problem until mirage started doing there sat night about a year ago. Metropolis is NOT open on sunday nights as well... There have been NO EMS or POLICE calls to the metropolis in 7 years. Another note, Metropolis has had many hip-hop nights on friday nights in which the mirage is not open and there is no traffic or violence problems whatsover... if you need to verify what I just wrote, check with the flats oxbow association or the city's 2nd district commander. Your just assuming since hip hop is also played at metropolis that they are part of the problem. How about Cyrus at the powerhouse, they through a party this past thursday and they too had no problems.

The problem with the mirage is they like the outside loitering and it has been brought to "Dean" the owner of Mirages attention several times at city council meetings and he gets angry and just walks out. He welcomes a packed street saying it reminds him of the flats heyday. Metropolis has 4 off duty cleveland police officers and 2 security to assist in keeping the cruisers and loiters from clogging the street in front of metropolis. Instead of acting like you know all that actually walk from your perch and walk down as far as metropolis to witness this.

I have worked at Metropolis for 6 years and have only witnessed 1 fight inside the club since i stated working there. So dont blame my club.

Are you kidding me?! I work at a bar down the hill and EVERY Saturday we get stuck sitting down there till 4:30 am because there's gunfire and insane traffic. GUNFIRE EVERY SATURDAY!!!! What's not crazy about that? The police are even afraid to make an appearance. Yeah, nice club! But I guess Metropolis deserves half the blame!

This is definitely one of the nicer clubs Ive been too. You dont have to worry about fights breaking out or any crazy stuff like that. Most of the people are really nice and not that bad looking either. To me, this club has it all and if youre lucky you might run into a small celebrity
