First off let me say that buying a new car from you was THE MOST pleasurable experience I have ever had!
Not only did Brian (sales manager) answer all of my questions before coming in, he spoke and made me feel valuable as a customer. Often times we are not made to feel that way. Great attitude all the while smiling!
Rayshawn Jackson WAS WONDERFUL to deal with. Never at anytime did I feel pressured. If I had questions, he answered appropriately and explained everything in detail, all with a great attitude and a smile. I would/will highly recommend him to friends and family! He is a real people person and he is a great asset to your dealership. He also showed me the service dept. And the programs you are going to start.
Frank Hoskins (finance manager) was also great to deal with as well, all with a great attitude and a smile. He too explained all I needed to know.
I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry from Nick Hechinger yesterday and was very happy with his help and advice in the sale. He provided me with useful information about the car and made it clear that it was ok to call with any questions. I would highly recommend Nick to my friends for future car purchases. I have also used their service department also they have a very friendly staff.
I want to first tell you my salesman Ankur Varma has renewed my faith in Performance. This is the 4th car my wife and I have either purchased or leased from Performance Toyota and the time before this was a very unpleasant experience so much so I considered never going back. I explained all this to Ankur and he was a breath of fresh air and was always up front and honest when I asked a question. The Sales Manager also got involved and when I was in talking with Ankur recently we talked about what had happened and even though he was only the bearer of the bad news and not responsible for what happened the time before this he went out of his way to make sure this experience was much better.
Brian and the body shop man Paul are also helping with some scratches on my Jetta that I need to turn back in at the end of my lease. They explained how many of the scratches would never be an issue with Toyota which again adds to my confidence in Toyota and their personnel.
All in all my experience with the staff was very professional and I think it is only right to share that with you as I would be the first to bring concerns to your attention as well. In my perspective if all their staff deals with their customers like this, they will continue to grow your business.
I felt so strongly about this issue I felt I needed to let others know that Performance Toyota has a true unsung hero working amongst their team. Without going into a long draw out story, I would just like to say that because of Bruce's (Service Manager) efforts not only am I still a Toyota customer. After my recent ordeal I was done with Toyota as well as Performance.
Bruce's quick action and what I felt was genuine care of my needs made a terrible situation work out ok. Not only did he save me as a customer. I recently bought a new Toyota 4 Runner. Had it not been for Bruce's handling of my situation, I'd be driving another mfg car and it would not have been a Toyota.
My hats off to Bruce and his exceptional customer service in taking a bad situation and making it a positive. He deserves to be commended.
I recently sent an email about a car that i had previously purchased back in 2007 and how unhappy i was with the car. I never expected any response or anything and i got a phone call the very next day saying that performance toyota wanted to fix everything and get me in a better car. I came in on saturday and was very happy with Jermane Dixon who was very helpful and nice and he and a few other people got me into a great toyota yaris that i am so so happy with. I never expected to get the kind of help i recieved. I love the fact that now i dont have to worry about my car for a long time.
They charged me $400 + dollars for my 30,000 mile checkup. Among other things, they told me that I had %20 left on my front brakes and that they changed my transmission fluid. This past weekend, 5 months later, I've just found out that they did not change my transmission fluid and that I have %35-40 left on my front brakes. I have yet to find out what else they didn't do. They clearly do not have any kind of quality assurance that will prevent them from charging you hundreds of dollars for things they didn't do.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND visiting these guys even if they r the last remaining Toyota dealer on Earth. Please read on.... I was looking for a used Toyota Camry in the Price range of $12K. I saw an ad in cars*com that looked like a reasonable price on a 2003 Camry, so I drove 50 miles to this place in Cincinnati. Mr. H*w*rd showed me the car and I test drove it. After we got back I noticed lot of unusual scratches on the car. So i mentioned that to him. He said "WHAT DO U EXPECT FROM A USED CAR????" (in a rude way). Then it was time to evaluate the trade for my 2002 Ford Taurus, which is in good condition with 125K miles. He started picking on small things and came up with a trade of $500. I WAS LIKE WHAT!!!. Fine. then he tells me, my car might have been in an wreck. Which is not true and I ask him to verify that with the carfax report. He says " WE CANT TRUST THE CARFAX". So, I tell him how can I trust his carfax on the car I am buying. He kind of ignores me there. So, I said " OK, Fine I dont think this is a good deal, so I dont want to buy this car now". He gets so MAD at me and says "U WASTED ALL MY TIME AND SAY U DONT WANT THE CAR NOW!!!". I was very surprised. I told him he was very rude all the way and just walked out the place. That really upset me. Performance Toyota, may be a large dealership. BUT THEY FOR SURE, DONT HAVE ANY PEOPLE SKILLS.
PROS: Has plenty of cars in the Lot
CONS: Dont know how to sell them
I have nothing to say but positive things about Performance Toyota. My car has had to be fixed just a few times while under warranty and never have I had an issue with the service or quality of work being done on my car. They were always prompt and contacted me right away, providing information on what was wrong. I went there even afterwards for maintenance and it was the same deal.
PROS: Quality service
CONS: Not cheap
I recently purchased a used SUV and wrote into the contract that certain things needed to be done to complete the transaction. We scheduled an appointment to have those items fixed, but also found out that the CD players does not work and the brakes were grinding. They told us that they would take care of it when we brought the car in to fix the other items. When we did that, the service team knew nothing about the CD player and brakes. The sales rep came over and agreed to fix the brakes, but would have to get back with me on the CD player. Basically, the brakes were grinded down a bit and are now pulsating and squeeking again and its only been 2 months since we bought the car. And the CD player, we were told ""too bad"" and that they gave us enough concessions already. So, we were sold a car that was listed with a CD player, but doesnt work and they have no interest in fixing. False advertising.
I had purchased recently a Car from Performance Toyota, and at that time, i got a very warm response, even felt it was an awesome place to get a deal..!\r
But, just after couple of months, when I had a problem with my Car(it was not starting), they really gave me a cold treatment.\r
\r
When i went to the same sales team who sold me the Car-- they said, its a sold car, only their Service team can help me..\r
Went to their Service team, they said, its already 3 months over, they cannot do anything(did not even get a 2 minute hearing... the lady was too busy!!!)\r
Again, I was pushed to the Used car section of this dealer -->same story --> Sorry cannot help.\r
I was expecting at least someone will take a look, help me in letting me know what could be done, which never happened..(Though, Rick from the same place gave me some tips).\r
So, finally, i got it fixed from someplace, but wanted to give this feedback to Performance toyota team... please treat your Customers with some empathy(not only to future Customers, also to existing customers)... improvise your CRM skills.\r
