My family has been using Furst Florist for all of our floral needs and we have never been disappointed. The arrangements from Furst are always creative and unique. They did my wedding flowers and I couldn't have been happier with the way the centerpieces and bouquets turned out. I wanted non-traditional centerpieces for the reception, and they encompassed exactly what I was picturing. Beautiful, beautiful job!

They have wonderful gifts here and their staff is amazing. They helped me out so much and they were very patient with me because I was in that store forever. I really love their gift baskets and they had a large assortment to choose from. You get what you pay for here.

This place has some really nice flowers. They are a bit on the right side as far as cost goes, but the flowers are so pretty. I have placed araingement orders through them and never been disappionted and the people receiving them have always asked where I ordered them through.

Bad Customer Service with Owner of Furst Florist. I had a very frustrating experience with Furst Florist Dayton, OH! . I phoned Furst Florist to explain my frustration as a customer and the owner's response was unsatisfactory. The only request I had as a customer is to process their transactions in a timely matter, which should be 2 - 3 business days; not 11 days. If you place an order with your credit / debit card please be ware that this may happen to you! I live out of state and placed an order with my debit card and the transaction hit my account the day of the order but they did not complete the process until 11 days later. My experience with this company and the conversation with the owner was very unpleasant!
