This store recently underwent a remodeling to look more modern and less like a warehouse in some respects. They really highlight sales when you come in; it is all about the reduction of prices. About 40% of the shoes are super-reduced and the rest are naturally reduced. Basically, when you walk in, you get these prom-like shoes thrown in your face. Then, to your right, you have shoes that cost around 500-800 dollars on a nifty display. In back of those are formal shoes, then you got your tennis shoes and casual shoes. Basically, this store is a shoe lovers paradise. Go all the way to the back, keep looking to your right, and you'll find the "lair" of clearance. Everything is clearly marked. The shoes in the lair are 40-70% off; however, the shoes are sometimes out of wack; 6.5s are with 7s, et-cetera.
For men, you go to the left and there are your shoes. Most likely, your shoes will also be in that clearance lair, somewhere far to the right and far to the left. I've never looked.
The checkout line clearly has a rope and sign, signifying where the line should begin, but this can sometimes vary. Be wary of your surroundings while in line; a cashier may call you from many feet away!
They are VERY nice at the checkout! It makes you feel good.
There are many stools for trying on shoes. The DSW people are always on the floor ready to help.
This store is so expansive; you may have to spend an hour here finding "that" shoe. Your eye may pass it up first go around!
You can also buy slippers, fashion boots, purses, and socks here. You can also buy Style and People near the checkout kiosks, which are at the far left of the entrance.
Aisles are about 3.5 feet across; the lair has aisles between stacks of shoes like 2.5 feet; hard to fit 2 people, though possible. Try to take up little space if trying on shoes here.
My mother is a rewards member; we really reap the benefits. I got shoes that were going to 53 for 42!

The store is new and clean. It has a ton of shoes for men and women. Lots of styles from dress to sandals. The prices are really low and lots of great deals. They even have a clearance center with discounts of 40-60% making it a must visit.

I've bought a few of my shoes here and I've always found really good deals. I know a few of my friends have also bought a number of shoes from Dsw at incredible price. Definitely worth a look.

I had no problem returning a pair of shoes to this store. After wearing the shoes twice, a seam started to separate. When I took them back near the end of the 30-day return policy period printed on the receipt, and mentioned that it had taken me a few weeks to find the receipt, the clerk and the manager both said they would have exchanged them or given a store credit without a receipt. Since I had the receipt, they credited the amount to the debit card used to purchase the shoes. Both were very polite and very apologetic about the defect in the shoe and it only took a few minutes for the entire transaction.
