When you want good Eastern European sausage, you come to Al's. They smoke all their own meats and you can smell the goodness as you walk in. As one reviewer said, the hot sausage is HOT. Their sausage is so good, you just may never go back to the store-bought brands again! Do try the paprika bacon, it's a real treat!

They make the best Hungarian sausage anywhere! It's tender and juicy. If you order the "hot" make sure you really mean hot, because it'll mke smoke come out of your ears! They also have ground poppy seeds for those who make their own poppy seed roll.
