I want to commend to management staff especially Kathey for her professionalism regarding the welfare and safety of all tenants. She should especially be commended for the way she handled the fire which destroyed a male resident's apartment awhile back. She was able to calm the tenant. She was very confident in answering questions of inquisitive persons living at Forest Creek. She was very prompt in contacting the Red Cross who was able to assist the tenant whose apartment was damaged. Overall,Kathey's response to the fire was very professionally handled.

Job well done Kathey!

I moved into a three bedroom townhouse at Forest Creek in January 2007. Lucky for me, they offered me a six month lease at no additional charge, because I ended up with the townhouse from hell. When I moved in I completed at "thnigs that need to be done" list for maintenance. Strangely enough I had to use two sheets because there were too many problems to list on only one page. I am starting into my fifth month and I still do not have screens in my windows, my air conditioner does not work, my back porch light is still busted, my dishwasher is broken, I never have received the handle to my refrigerator, some of the wood is missing on the kitchen cabinets, and I could go on and on... Not only have I seen crawling roaches, but I saw a flying roach the other day!!!! I did not think that we had flying roaches in Ohio. Where are these things coming from???? I have only seen a few roaches, but a few is way too many for me! They claim they are working at fixing the place up, but I have not personally seen it. It is under new management so maybe it will get better. Also, as far as the rent goes, it is way too high for the quality of the apartments. It should literally be about 200.00 less per month. As for me, at the end of my lease I am packin' my bags and I am OUT! I hope this helps some other unsuspecting apartment shopper out there. Heaven help anyone that gets stuck in a one year lease here. Be careful.
