I've been Dr Garcia's patient since 1995. He's a 1st-rate diagnostician [my ophthalmologist calls him the best in western Cuyahoga county] who gets to the root of a problem speedily.
He's been indispensible in treating my diabetes and hypertension and in monitoring my recovery from alcoholism. His staff are true professionals.
I look forward to many more years of a great physician-patient relationship with Dr Garcia.
