Fine Line Auto Body

This is my second time using Fine Line, the first time was 4 years ago when I hit a deer. This time a neighbor backed into my car. I recommended Fine Line to them and both of us got our cars fixed within a week, no hassles. Their insurance paid for everything, including a rental car I got at Speedy Car Rental that was located inside of Fine Line. That worked out fine. My neighbor got their rental car at another place and that did have a few problems. We both would recommend Fine Line based on quality and speed of work, especially since my neighbor's deductible was covered by Fine Line. Get an estimate here before you take a chance with a small local shop that will not have the equipment or right people to do the job right.

New in town last year, we cautiously checked around and selected Fine Line. The car was fixed to look like new. No problems since. And, we saved the $500 deductible. Now we need body repairs on another vehicle. We just had it towed to Fine Line - a no brainer.

I agree with previous review. These people that reviewed favorably must be employees. Not only the worst collision repair experience I ever had but the worst customer service experience of any company I have ever dealt with Take heed and do not use this company. Do not take one of their horrible rental vehicles and beware of the old salesman with the gravely voice.

Close to my place and the OSU campus and lowest of 3 shops I checked out. Their work on 2 scratches was great. I can't tell that the car was even keyed.

This body shop is horrible!!!! Insider Pages will remove any negative info on this company. I will keep updating it. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service. Great repair quality. Amazing overall experience. Everything promissed - delivered. Kept me in the loop. Nice touch with the rose. Will highly recommend.

This place is under new management. It is called Fine Line Auto Body. I have had 2 cars fixed since they re-opened in 2007. Both times they did great work on matching the paint and both times they helped me with a rental car. The people are friendly, and get after the insurance companies and make them pay for everything that needs fixed.

I had my truck bumper fixed here in September 2008. They gave me $400 back from the $500 deductible that the insurance company made me pay. So for only $100 out of pocket, my truck is fixed and looks great. The name of the place is now Fine Line Auto Body. The new owner renamed it and has really expanded the place. I recommend it.

We got our car back in 3 days as they promised. We needed a speedy repair and they came through for us. The quality of the work was good and the price was better that our other estimate.

This place seems like a real dump when you pull up, and it is inside too, but you get great prices. He fixed my car and even had to fight my insurance company when they didn't give me enough money for the repair. It took a little while, but he saved me a ton of money and really did great work.
