I would like to start off by saying that the girls there are
so nice. There is one that i really liked she was so sweet and greeted me when i first came in even when she was so busy. the second thing is that your website sucks i had to go all the way to the store to find out what kind of specials you had.And i called but they were not allowed to price over the phone. FYI your website leads to a car wash.

Just sayin' everyone there is really helpful and nice- prices are good and the variety of beds is fantastic. Lady- if you love your jewelry so much why would you give it someone else to hold?... you can put it in your purse or put it in the tanning room with you. UV rays arent going to melt it or anything. For future reference to anyone- if you go to a tanning salon (i know because i used to work at one) Keep your belongings with YOU they are YOUR responsibility and YOURS ALONE!!!!

I started going to the SWT for both my laundry and tanning needs. The laundry prices are HIGH, but I felt the tanning prices were good. I was initially impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, but that was before I lost some jewelry at their hands.
I went in and tanned and walked out, leaving behind a necklace and a bracelet. I realized it within an hour and called. The girl on the phone said there was only one girl working at that time, and she cleaned the bed and went home. No one had been in since. She checked and my jewelry was not there. The next day I called the manager to let her know the situation. She told me she believed her employees over MY word, and she wouldn't do any kind of investigation because she trusted them. Then she suggested I might not have actually worn the jewelry, and hung up on me, mid-sentence.
