.

Thursday night 6PM. Private parking lot, well lit, and clean. Greeted promptly at the hostess stand, after opening our own door. Seated in a half booth, with a chair. Plentiful for wheelchair seating. The high-back booths looked nice. All the seasoning condiments, and papertowel dispenser were on a special hanging shelf. That really free's up some table space. The restaurant was about 20% full. Our server was delayed, at another table, in greeting us. Brian was extremely nice and courteous, as well as helpful for our first visit. A $5 off $15 coupon brought us here. Brian consulted as to what special deals were excluded. We had the Chef's Choice deep dish pan pizza($17.69). All the Pan's are about that price. They also serve Flatbread pizza. The sauce has CHUNKS of tomato. Yummy. No chunk sauce is also available. Ours had pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. The pepperoni was flavorful. The sausage was not pellets, nor crumbled. The extra cheese is needed if the regular amount is less. It tasted good, but we sent it back to be heated thoroughly. The bottom was hot. The Mgr came out and told us she was aware of our problem, and was seeing to it's correction. She gave us a discount card, and offered dessert. Now the pizza was better. We also had the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. It was tasty. Brian prepared our bill the first time with the discount. He also brought back our change with plenty of singles for tip. I find that helpful, rather than have to ask for change again. Brian thanked us for coming and mentioned signing up on their website for deals AGAIN. Between him and the mgr., that's 5 times. That doesn't count all the visual signs mentioning it. I would tone down that marketing push. We will return only with a discount. That's expensive pizza that serves 2 or 3. See my Eagles pizza review. At least Uno's has a greater variety menu, with a full bar. On the way out. I saw a 4"X4" calendar square that said Happy Hour 1/2 price appetizers in the bar.
