Toys that Time Forgot is a great store. I had an amaing experience shopping there. Dan and his staff were very nice and they knew all about the items I was searching for. They even made sure to carefully wrap everything before they would let me leave the store. I don't know what the other reviewer on here was talking about. I guess he was mad that Dan didn't follow him around like a car salesman and kiss his butt. I prefer to be allowed to browse on my own until I ask for help. When I did ask, Fred (a very nice guy) followed me around telling me all about the items and even went searching for stuff I couldn't find. I've never been treated so well when shopping anywhere else. I consider myself a Star Wars expert, and I brought along two very reliable price guides. I can say that Dan's prices fall well within resonable, and frankly some of them were really good deals ($3 white vintage stormtroopers- Army building!). His carded figures were about 10% too high, but guess what? They were in perfect condition, you get to hold them in your hands before you buy, and no shipping costs like you'd get on eBay (unless you count the gas to drive there but that's hardly Dan's fault). Overall this is the best toy store I've ever been to. A million times better than eBay, conventions, or some snarky comic book store. I'll be going back as often as possible.

OK Place, but as someone who deals at toy shows & on ebay his selection is terribly overpriced and it looks like they collect more toys than they sell. One item was a 1988 Star Trek kit that is easy to come by in it's original relaease on ebay for $10.00 today and has since been reissued and currently in stores, was overpriced to $50.00. My wife, daughter & I were the only ones in the store and the owner was more interested in the way his employee was displaying the toys (I guess he was too busy to say hello).Vintage carded Star Wars figures were being hung from the ceiling by clips, damaging the cards instead of placing them in pro-tech cases, and his R2-D2 Cooler was full of used SW figures that were no cheaper than 10.00 and were filthy (I had to use a wipe for my hands once i got back to the car). Stay away from this schiester as he takes advantage of his customers nostalgia and ignorance of the collectible market.

I've been going to this store for over 15 years for vintage items to put into my various collections and let me say that some of the best pieces I've owned have come from Toys Time Forgot. Dan is always acquiring vintage collections of all types and it has been a privilege to be consulted on many of them. I have seen a lot of very nice vintage pieces come in and, shortly after, go into the hands of very happy collectors - including myself.

What a cool toy store. I found this store accidentally and I am so glad I did. There are so many old toys here, ones I remember from my own childhood. I like to take my son here because he is interested in toys from the past. We could spend all day here looking at the various toys. This is a fun place to go for a walk down memory lane and to make new memories for your children.
