Cincinnati Tan

I've been a Cincinnati Tan customer for the past 4 years. We always purchased minutes to be used anytime we wanted. Recently they changed their policy. Minutes expire after 90 days. I personally think they should of notified people with unused minutes of their new policy so they could use them. My husband, daughter and myself were burned with our minutes expiring. My daughter is a Miami University student. Miami has a Cincinnati Tan location. She has notified her sorority of the new policy. Most of her sorority is home for the summer, needless to say, they are upset with losing their minutes also.
Staff was not pleasant when informing us that our minutes expired. Very sarcastic.
The salon was okay otherwise. Just beware. Get the package details in writing.
