If I could give 0 stars I would. A 45,000 mile service appointment where I was waiting ended up taking 3.5 hours and the service representative did not update me when she knew it was taking longer than expected. At the end of the appointment there was a problem with my hood that ended in the release cable being loosened to the point that I can no longer open it on my own and will have to take it to another dealership to be repaired. I had to insist at the end of the appointment that the service lights on my car be reset as the technicians did not plan to do this and this took an extra 30 min. When I tried talking to the service manager, he wouldn't allow me to even finish my sentence to tell him what was wrong and flew into action to give me $25 back for my trouble and then promptly disappeared. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would never recommend getting any service done here as no one that I talked to the whole time was willing to talk to me honestly or take responsibility for ensuring that my visit went well.

I have always had excellent service at Motorcars in the Heights. I bought my 2005 Toyota there and have always had it serviced there. Their technicians are professional, their service associates are very helpful and efficient. I like dealing with Faye Lockett and Kristin Deyo. It is very handy that I can get a ride with Jim the shuttle driver whenever I drop my car off for service. I have had to be there late at night for an emergency repair (a flat tire right before a long road trip). I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for sales or service. Thanks.

Earl Hanley greeted me and stuck with me the whole time I was there. I liked that, not getting handed off to someone else. It wasn't until later that I noticed he was a sales manager and so that really speaks to the commitment of this business' leadership in helping its customers. I can't really say too much about the car, other than I loved it, because I don't know much about cars. But I had to write this review to thank Motorcars and Mr. Hanley for changing my mind about buying a vehicle. That's my experience at Motorcars: warm and friendly. I'm not very good with remembering names, only faces and how someone makes me feel. But this time, I did remember the very helpful Mr. Earl Hanley and the great patience he showed in helping me to chose a car. I knew that I wanted a car that wouldn't require a lot of maintenance and so someone suggested I try a Camry. Mr. Hanley assured me that I would not be in a repair shop every turnaround with this car and then he told me about the excellent service available to me as a customer, should I need a repair. I went to the service dept and found out that my car would be over $4000 to repair I was devastated but I worked with a young man named Ken Mack and he was able to get me into a nearly new vehicle within my price range and I left very pleased thanks mr Mack he even stayed late to make sure the deal was finalized

My Review Of Motorcars Toyota:

I went in for service for an oil change and to repair a problem with my washer fluid - it was not spraying.

They also indicated I needed new front brakes, of which I was aware.

They said the pump motor was not working and needed to be replaced. I trusted they had checked anything else it could have been like a cracked or plugged hose, a fuse, etc.

They quoted a "seemingly" high price to replace this motor. I took it to another shop and it turns out the motor worked fine. There was a crack in a hose which was repaired at NO CHARGE. I also had this shop replace the brakes for a price that was 65% lower than the brake quote from Motorcars.

Motorcars Toyota blatantly lied about the washer pump not working. This was not a simple "mistake." The motor was running when the other shop inspected it - it could not be missed. Unbelievable!

I was completely surprised that an established dealership would deceive and cheat. One can only suspect it happens daily to many customers.

I purchased my last two vehicles from Motorcars; however, I will not return there ever again for anything.

I hope that consumers see this review. DO NOT TRUST MOTORCARS in Cleve Hts, OH.

My husband and I have been in the market for a family friendly vehicle. We went to many dealerships but none of them had that personal touch. I then went online to Motorcars and saw a few vehicles that I thought would be suitable. Christian Love responded promptly. He was very knowledgable about all of the vehicles we had interest in and he advised us on the vehicle that would best fit our family needs. He was very laid back and not pushy, which made our experience pleasant. We are very pleased with our 2005 Audi A4 Avant. It looks and drives like new. Once I finish Nursing School I will return to Motorcars Toyota and work with Christian again.

I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and Motorcars had the car for me listed online. Derek Roberts was a delight right off the rip. He had the car ready and waiting, then escorted me on perhaps the world's hastiest test drive. I was feeling the ride and long story short, I bought a 2007 Camry which thus far is a joy. Motorcars was without nonsense, easygoing, friendly, and there was pretty much no pressure or high stakes involved. They dropped some leather interior in and I feel like a million. What a great car buying experience- especially for my very first. I loved laughing with Derek and I adore my floor mats. It was a little serendipitous jaunt through what I always thought was supposed to be a real drag. Thanks Derek.

He looked for used Prius, dealer used Prius, new Prius; he gave us options on down payments, leases, trade-ins, etc. No question was too trivial. He was always prompt in getting back to us even in the middle of the Auto Show or when he was working with others.

We finally bought a 2011 Red Prius - just what we really wanted all along, but Derek let us come to that decisionn ourselves.

The Service Department at Motor Cars, both Toyota and Honda, are the best and most honest in the city.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Motorcars in December 2009 and my total experience was great, largely due to my Sales Person Cornelius Stokes. He called informing me that he had the perfect vehicle for me and my family and he wanted me to see it. It was the right price, right vehicle at the right time, this vehicle was clean and in great shape. I was really impressed with the fact that Mr. Stokes called me even on his day off and setup an appointment with me. Everyone at Motorcars was friendly and very professional. I would recommend Cornelius Stokes of Motorcars in Cleveland Heights. I was really impressed with the service and I also really enjoyed the cookies and the play area, my daughter's were able to play while I handled business.

I had never owned a new car. When the "Cash for Clunkers" program was running I thought it was time to look into buying. Unfortunately my clunker didn't qualify. I recently bought a car at Motorcars. Aaron my salesman was great! He was extremely professional and very attentive. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted and he was very patient with me. He actually took the time to find out what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. I normally don't write reviews on anything but this was such a pleasant experience for me, I really wanted everyone to know. I think he spent at least 2 hours showing me different cars and was so upbeat and friendly. I always had a bad impression of car salesmen but I don't anymore. The staff at Motorcars should be very proud! I will be a customer for life. I could not be happier with my experience or my brand new car!!

I first met Michael Hudson (Michael) a year ago May 2 of this year. We both were going to a doctor's appointment, new place for me so for once I was on time, and Michael was running late. As I turned into the parking lot I noticed him looking rather strangely at my car. By the time I had parked, he was standing there waiting for me. That day he saved my life. An important part of the computerized circuits for the car the bracket had broken and it and live wires were hanging. Bringing that to my attention, of course, alarmed me of the danger involved for both my daughter and me were sharing the car temporarily. I was able to prop the part and the wires up to keep from dragging the street, and he told me to bring car to Service Dept. maybe they can help repair. His first concern was my safety. His next concern after learning more details, was trying to get me into better transportation and out of the financial situation I was involved. The very same day, with the grace of God, I was approved for the 2004 Toyota Corolla, which I love driving to this day. My older car had to be towed to them, and Micheal graciously picked me up from my home the next day. I was treated at though I was the customer with an AAA credit rating buying a brand new car. I was respected as a person, not only from the salesman, up to and including the finance manager who took the time to come and introduce himself to me. I had a great experience with Michael and Motorcars Toyota. I told him our paths were meant to cross that day; I believe that most highly. On the anniversary of driving away with my new car, May 3, 2009, I sent Michael a thank you card. I wanted him to know that I think of him everyday I drive "Euny," (that's my car's name) and how much I will never forget what he did for me. Anytime I hear someone speak of needing a newer car, I tell of the wonderful experience I encountered at Motorcars Toyota, and tell them to ask for Michael Hudson, "He will treat you right."

When the Camry hybrid was new to the market, he was able to get us a test drive and to have one delivered in time to take advantage of the tax credit available for hybrids. I love that the dealership is located in nearby Cleveland Heights, no driving for miles down the freeway when you need service.I love that the service department is open until 3am. I get my car serviced at night and have it back for my use in the morning. I love the shuttle service: dropped my car off and was home in less than an hour. We have purchased/leased 3 cars from Motorcars Toyota in the last 3 years. The service co-ordinators are polite and knowledgeable. When my son's car had battery trouble, free roadside service towed him in, the car was ready in the morning. I love the perks in the customer appreciation program. Free carwash, fresh baked cookies, internet in the service department waiting area. When the lease is up on my husband's Prius, we will be returning to Motorcars to lease a new one.

We had the greatest buying experience with Mr. Issa Hanjani. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and got excellent salesmanship. We needed a Sienna-2009 8 Seated van. We had 10 quotes for Sienna-2009 from different stores in Ohio including 2 quotes from Detroit, MI. In the last week we just visited Motors Cars Toyota for a quote and met with Mr. Issa Hanjani. He put a stop signal on our journey of taking quotes. Thanks to the front desk staff to sent the right person to us. It was a stupendous experience with him. He is a true professional that not only knows his product but understands the wants and needs of the customers of Motorcars. Mr. Issa took the time to find out what we needed and not what he wanted us to buy. He is not at all a "pushy" man, that doesn't like customers. Mr. Issa has been a great sales person from start to finish and beyond finish; he goes the extra mile to make customers satisfied with the sale.

Toyota Motorcars has service hours until 3 in the morning Monday through Thursday. This is great since I use my car during the day. I can get warranty service and a car wash after midnight if I want.

I have never had a bad experience with the service department. I have been bringing my car in for service since 1999. They include extras like free cookies, carwash, late-night hours until 3am and even a waiting room with internet and free WiFi! Great Service Staff. World Class Service.

I will not recommend you to go to Motorcars Toyota if you ever need car service. They are not honest with customers and they over charged. You can get the same service to other Toyota dealer like Ganley or some other place with much better service and price.
