i had billing problem on my bill i went to the store they wouldnt help on this i was ready drop there lines then i was in the eastwood mall i saw alltel i went to talk to the guys in there they were way better and helpful to me than at the store. i would tell anybody before you go to the store's if there is any problem that they dont take care stop by the EASTWOOD MALL. they will help you out best they can.. trust me they make me feel good about alltel.. they changed my view toword alltel. shop at EASTWOOD MALL CROSS FROM MACY'S. THEY ALSO HAVE BETTER PRICING ON THERE PHONES

My cellular contract was up and I went looking for a new service and stopped at Alltel.
The staff at this location were very friendly and eager to assist. I did feel comfortable in speaking with them and their product knowledge. However, when we starting going over their plans and pricing I could not believe how high priced they were. Granted you could get nationwide calling with no long distance charges on the plans but thats not what I need.
I had to go elesewhere to get a plan-- they just had nothing to suit my budget and needs.

I had been an Alltel customer for years-- my first phone was one of the bag phones they had.
For some reason my bills kept getting higher and higher. I called to see what was going on and had to keep getting transferred from person to person. Ended up finding out that somehow my plan got switched. Took me 2 months to get everything corrected. I then dropped them.
