I wanted to comment on "Too Anal" post... I believe that it is much safer to have to go and remove my child from the classroom. The teachers have you tap your child on the shoulder as a learning lesson and also to make sure they are going home with the right people. Everything done at the preschool is done for safety and to ensure that each and every child gets a good education.

On a better note, Little Blessings Preschool is a wonderful school. Over the last couple of years, I have gotten the opportunity to experience many different classrooms and teachers. I have been pleased with all of them. The director gives 100% to the preschool, teachers, and families of the preschool. She is wonderful with the students and makes sure that every student has a great preschool experience!

Little Blessings has been a wonderful experience for myself and my child. She always is excited about going to school to learn something new. The teachers make learning fun! They teach a variety of different subjects - math, spelling, history, science and even cooking. They also study a different country every week, as well as, sign language. The teachers provide a structured but relaxed atomosphere where the children flourish. We are very pleased with Little Blessings Preschool and will be sending our other child next year.

I think the review of "Too Anal" was very unfair. We love Little Blessings and have been there for several years with numerous children. My kids have always been very happy there as well. The teachers are extremely caring and connected to the children. They have great ideas for learning while the children simply think they are having fun. Yes, when I had to tote the infant carrier upstairs with an older child, it did get a little cumbersome. However, I think maybe "Too Anal" could have simply brought up the idea as a suggestion to the director instead of bashing the school as a whole online. Preschools do these things sometimes to keep children safe. I know that's important to our family! Also, my youngest is in the 4's. The performances are still in the morning and are not a "huge production"...they are kept simple and in the morning so as to keep things consistent for the kids. Many parents are able to make arrangements to be there, some cannot...this is life. As far as catering to stay at home moms, that's just ridiculous. "Too Anal" is "Too Bitter" if you ask me! We love Little Blessings and wouldn't have our children anywhere else! Five stars!

Little Blessings has 2 teachers in each room, but expects parents to come all the way upstairs to pick up their child. It would be much eaiser if one teacher brought the students downstairs for parents to pick up. Once upstairs, you must wait at the door of the classroom until the teacher opens it and your child isn't allowed to come to you. Instead, they sit in a circle and must wait until you come over and tap them on the shoulder. This can be difficult if you have other children with you and/or the room is crowded. I also disagree with the way the school does its programs. My child is in their three-year old class and the teachers of the three-year olds would prefer that the programs be in the morning instead of in the evening because they feel that it's too much of a production for three-year olds. The director says, "It's a graduated program." Basically, the child has the program in the morning when he/she is 3, but then gets to have a "huge production" once he/she is 4. I think it's a bunch of bolonge if you ask me! They cater to stay-at-home mothers, which is unfair to the rest of us paying parents who would love to see our child perform in a program without taking time off of work. They really need to take a closer look at the way they run things there because I foresee many parents leaving if it continues the way it has.

The best pre-school yet! Please consider them if you are looking for a pre-school. They have great teachers, who really care for you kids. They have so many activiteies, and things planned for the ids to do, while learning!

I found this school 2 weeks after we moved from out of state. They were able to take my child. Their program was afternoons only, but I was VERY happy with it. The ratio of students to teacher is about 7 or 8 to 1. My daughter progressed more quickly here and learned more than she did in a 3 full days program. Check it out!!!
