Hahah I first started out at the Community Bank, then switched to Unizan. They're a pretty good bank. I haven't had any problems with my account or anything like that...yet... knock on wood.

.

I've been banking with Unizan for approximately two years. In that time, I haven't had much trouble at all. Their employes are generally rather young, often times hootchie-esque females, but friendly and helpful. Probably the best part of this particular location is that the drive through is open until 7 -- where as most banks close at 5.

However, with my business, I receive many Money Orders as payment. When cashing them at Unizan, often times I run into difficulty. Apparently there's a problem with Money Orders and fraud, so Unizan is overly cautious when they're from other states and banks that aren't widely known. Generally they'll cash them, but they ask for a phone number in the event that it doesn't go through. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's good actually, shows a desire for security, but it's still a bit of an unwanted hassel.
