I left CBW because of their inability to bill me correctly. When I changed plans to lower my bill the next month I was autobilled for over $1000.00 they then charged me an additional charge because the amount was denied by my credit union. They refunded the $1000.00, but did not cover any of the other bounce fee that I received from my lacking funds. I recently recieve a notice that I was receiving a credit of $200.00 for my deposit. Then the next day I was told I was behind in my bill by $200 and my account was in danger of being sent to a collector.
I am only giving them one star because I cannot give them 0

Completely frustrated with them after 30+ years being loyal to their company. Remember the hurricane in Cincy? We stuck with them through a week without service (Even though my daughter with Verizon paid less than us and had uninterrupted service the whole week). Now they have claimed we used wireless cell minutes we never used. Couldn't get anything done about it at all. "Customer Service" is now done in another country and the reps are condescending at best and downright rude at their worst. Finally we went with another carrier because we couldn't resolve the issues and then they charged us for the minutes we never used+2 month's service+$55 per phone cancellation fee+late fees after the accounts were closed. I paid all this b/c I can't get anywhere with them and don't want to ruin my credit, but I also made a complaint to the FCC. Please anyone else with issues complain to the FCC or PUCO to make them aware & hopefully CBW will be made to clean up their act.

The sales reps were rude slow and not helpful anytime i've been there. Matter of fact the entire company has bad customer service I'm swithcing my provider and absolutly hate this company. Alex, a female sales rep. in the Eastgate mall was extremly rude and do to recent problems with this company I'm contacting the better business bueru.
