Horrible dry cleaner! Do not bring your clothes there unless you want them lost and damaged. Not sure how this place is still in business. They do not care about their customers and are extremely rude. WIll not rectify issues that they cause.

AWFUL STORE! On my first and last visit there I dropped off a peacoat and new white and black shirt to be cleaned. The shirt (a $90 shirt from White House Black Market which I have worn one time) had a small stain which I notified your employees of. I then returned later in the week to pick up my clothing items. A few days later while hanging up my clothes I noticed that the black flowers on my shirt, especially the ones in front, had faded in certain areas. \r
\r
I called the store and calmly asked to speak to the manager. Upon answering the phone (without identifying herself) she listened for about ten seconds then while I was speaking proceded to start talking to someone in the background and laughing. I let it go and continued explaining when she interrupted me and told me to bring it in. I then went to the store where she basically told me it was my fault and I should not have brought it in. The label says handwash and I can assure you that I have taken clothing with these types of lables to drycleaners for the past fifteen years. She also mentioned I could try taking it back to the store where I purchased it and it was not her fault. The entire interaction was one of the rudest I have had as a customer.\r
\r
I happened to have worked at a dry cleaners (Sontag Cleaners) throughout my high school and college years and never had such an issue. If we ruined a piece of clothing we replaced it with no questions. Customer Appreciation was apparently more important to us than to Hyde Park. I was not coming in asking for a full refund but an apology or even a refund for the cost of the dry cleaning would have been nice. I currently run the marketing and PR division of a Cincinnati based company and would never let my employees treat anyone the way I was treated .\r

This is by far the WORST dry cleaning operation in Cincinnati, The staff is totally rude and unfriendly. I brought my suit into the Hyde Park location and when I picked it up there was a tear on the lapel of the suit coat. I brought it back, left it there and asked them to fix it. I talked to the manager who completely blew me off and denied any wrong doing!!! I even contacted an attorney to have a letter sent requesting payment to get it fixed and they never followed through. Bottom line this place sucks I would never ever bring anything back to this horrific dry cleaners unless you want your clothes damaged and have no recourse for their wrong-doing! STAY AWAY from there

I was treated very rudely at the Hyde Park (actually Oakley) location. I found that infuriating, but decided I would just switch to a different location like Blue Ash since it's close to work. Perhaps the people there could smile and make eye contact. BUT when I got my dry cleaning home I discovered that the paper covering the hanger has "Choose Life" on it!! I feel ill that I gave money to a place that hates women and women's rights so much.

I took my favorite black 100% Wool winter coat to Springdale Cleaners - Blue Ash. My very expensive coat. They faded the lining at the bottom of the coat. The lining was black, but had two large dark ruby discolorations at the bottom of the coat. They bagged it up and sent me home as if nothing was wrong. When I got home, I proceeded to hang my coat in the closet on my hanger, and noticed that the cleaners had faded the lining. I immediately went back to the cleaners to show them the damage. The manager/owner told one of the employees to tell me that the discoloration was from the sun. LOL..that is the dumbest thing I had ever heard, and that is what I told the employee to tell the manager. How could the sun fade the inside lining a the hem of the coat, and there are no other discolorations??? I told the employee that I wanted to speak to the manager in person, so I left the coat at the cleaners, and made 2 more attempts to see the manager to talk to her in person. When I finally spoke to her a week or so later, she then told me that the coat was faded when I brought it in (lie #2). That is a bold faced lie!!! I took the coat to another cleaners to have them look at it, and they said the discoloration was from the drycleaning fluid.

I also spoke with someone who used to work at Springdale Cleaners, and she told me about their bad practices of damaging customer's clothes and not owning up to their mistakes, and how they never compensate customers for damage they do.

I believe if you make a mistake, own up to it, don't try to lie out of it, which is what the manager/owner of Springdale Cleaners - Blue Ash did. I got no apology from her, just responses that didn't make any sense.

I will not be taking any more of my cloths to Springdale Cleaners. The only reason I took my best coat there in the first place was so I could get it back the same day.

Springdale Cleaners may have good prices, but quality is low. And as for the Blue Ash store, they don't know how to clean quality clothing, nor do they know how to treat customers. You get what you pay for, low budget, low quality, no service!!!

I brought in about 5 items and was happy with the quality of one. The shirts look like I washed them at home and were not pressed well. My biggest complaint is with a satin top I brought in that now has steam spots all over it. I called this morning and they said to bring it back in to redo, but I am highly dissatisfied. Any place that would give a shirt back in this condition is not satisfactory. I am only hoping my shirt isn't ruined for good although there is now an additional pull in it as well.

Pros: Fast

Cons: Terrible Job

I took some pants to Springdale cleaners and when I picked them up they had stains on them and were discolored. I was so hurt that they would do this and just hang them back on the hanger. I could tell through the bag that the color had changed. i was told that the lighting in the store was bad. The pants were turned over to where I could not see the stains. And there was really no reason for me to suspect that I had stains because they were new pants worn only once. I am so upset and I am leaving the states for five days and won't be able to resolve the issue until I return. I hope that they will do the right things and fix the issue or compensate accordingly. Thanks for listening.

Springdale clearners were voted several years in a row as best in Cincinnati. Prices are extremely competitive, although on shirts there might be one other place in Cincinnati that's cheaper. Quality is usually good and you get your stuff same day if dropped off before 9am. They also always check your information, so no worry that someone else might get your stuff.

I've not had any problems with Springdale cleaners. It is definitely a plus when you can get your clothes back the same day and there are always coupons available to save even more money. Their prices are competitive, great location and they have ample parking. The staff is courteous and there is never a long wait. The inside is clean and set up well to get you serviced quickly.

This is a good dry cleaning business because their cleaning rate is quite fast for dry cleaners. I was able to pick up my clothes just a few days later. Their prices are also competitive and they are always sending out coupons for more savings. If you point out stains, they will most likely be able to take them out. I have never had a problem with this business. Highly recommended!

Springdale cleaners have a bunch of location, so it's always convenient not having to drive too far to drop off and pick up your dry cleaning. What I like is that prices are very competitive, and you get your stuff back the same day after 4pm as long as it's dropped off before 9am. Most of the time the quality is good... only a couple of my shirts were missing buttons, and once I got someone else's shirt. But that is over a course of many years.

PROS: Convenience and price
CONS: None
