When calling purchasing an extended warranty from this company they were so helpful and told me everything that I wanted to hear. Now that I am trying to use the road side assistance and make a claim for a repair they have been less than helpful. I wanted to have my vehicle towed to a repair facility of my choice that is less than 50 miles I was told by all parties involved that they will only tow me to the nearest service facility. Lie #1. The facility that they towed me to, diagnised the problem as a the failing of the fuel pump (which is covered under the warranty). But the Auto Repair Group will not cover the claim because they say that it may have been damaged by a part that is not covered by the warranty. A loop hole if you ask me. The customer service that I experienced while trying to deal with these matters was very rude and dismissive. I strongly urge anyone cosidering purchasing an extended warranty from this company to think again and go with a major more reliable company that a dealer recommends. Trust me, the extra money you pay now will save you money in the long run.
