South Russell Veterinary Hsptl

This is my first experience with Dr. Bieber & the South Russell Veterinarian Hospital [I reside in Lorain County.]; and I wish to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Bieber and her staff [Brooke & others!]. Through a co-worker, I was alerted that the clinic had two kittens who needed a new home. I have a 12 year old male who was lonely after our recent loss of his two siblings. When I expressed interest, the staff immediately emailed a picture and I fell in love! Dr. Bieber was gracious enough to keep the kits for another week until I could schedule time to come out to pick them up. She even stayed late that evening so I could come out after work. I could tell after a tour of the clinic that it and its residents are cared for by a professional and loving staff. Since then, the kits have had their spay surgery. They were very well taken care of and show no adverse affects from their stay. I can??t thank Dr. Bieber and her staff enough for the care, love, and attention she gave to two orphans and then bringing the two kits and me together.

Dr. Bieber truly cares about the animal and knows what she's doing. We would go no where else with our pets.

Lori Bieber is a superb veterinarian. I just love this office. Everyone is warm and caring. She has been wonderful to us with all the dogs we have. She will get right down on the floor with the big dogs that cannot get on a table. I trust her and her judgement with our beloved pets. I highly recommend her.
