I would not really rate this business as bad, just not one that I would want to go back to. My husband and I went there because we had recently purchased a used 2002 Subaru WRX. The service manager was nice enough, but not overly helpful. All we wanted to do was get the oil changed. I made an appointment and double checked when I got there that it would take no longer than 45 minutes. He assured me that this was true. I also asked him about cleaning the air in-take system on the car. He told me that I could just wash it down, but that they would do it anyway, because they they always do when you go in there for service. I told him thank you. He also did a quick check to make sure I was current on any recalls the car may have had. It had one new one, so he told me it would be fixed, which it was. I went to the waiting room and saw that it was taking a long time so I looked to see where my car was. Surprisingly it was still in the same spot I left it, 45 minutes later. I did not say anything, although I was on my lunch hour that day. The manager (Jeremy, I believe) came out about 10 minutes later to let me know my car was being worked on now and then showed me the air filter, which had not been replaced by the previous dealership (Hodges in Michigan) although on the billing sheet it showed that it was replaced on the last oil change (3,000 miles earlier). I told him that it would be fine to replace. Then, 90 minutes after I first arrived there, they brought my car out. I paid and then as I went outside he told me I could just take a hose to the engine, since they forgot to do it. To me, it doesn't sound like a typical service. Overall, I was very unimpressed with the department and because of the service I received I never returned for any work.
