I bought a 2010 certified preowned Mazda 3 just 11 days ago. Certified....what a joke...to who? Eleven days after purchasing the car, the clutch went completely out. I was told it was not covered at all and it would cost me $1400.00 to fix it. I really thought they would stand behind their "good name"....hardly....they didnt care. It is very simple....they are nice while you are there just to sell you a car...once you leave, they could care less about you. I haven't even put the permanant plates on the car yet. I will never go to any of the Kings Auto Mall dealerships again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the poor service I am getting and how much they do not care about the satisfaction of their customers.
