I am so sorry I left Jack Maxton, only for a shorter trip to a dealership location. Sadly I chose Byers Dublin Chevrolet. What a mistake. the final straw , I made a reservation for warranty repairs, received a call to set up rental car, only to find out Byers wanted me to pay for it while my $40,000.00 vehicle I purchased from them was being serviced. I was used to Maxton's incredible service AND a vehicle to use WITHOUT question if your vehicle was going to be kept for any period of time. Byers gave my information to Hertz to call me, only they expected me to pay for it. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from a Byers dealership again EVER in my life. If you are smart you will avoid them to. Maxton gets my business back WITHOUT A DOUBT!

Bet service around. I did give them 4 stars only because I had to wait about 5 min. before anyone came to see what I needed when i first walked in. but their team is wonderful! I have never had a problem with their service team doing something beforethey explained it and told me the price!

Buyers auto was great when it came to dealing, and financing. However, their repair team in my opinion is awful! They did not have good customer service, and could not explain psrts and repairs in great detail!

Byers has a number of automobiles I would enjoy owning. Unfortunately, they have the same faults many auto dealerships do. They have the irritating habit of leaving the prices off of their cars, so you have to speak to a salesman, who will invariably try to...sell you something. Which is fine, I suppose, as that's what a salesman does. I've little use for salesmen though, and would simply like to investigate the cars on the lot and maybe drive a few. They make it a frustrating process here.
