Monro Muffler Brake & Svc

Procare is great at car repair. I needed to get a new transmission and they had it done within three days which I though was pretty amzing. They are very reasonably prices and give free estimates.

I hate having to take my car in for repairs, I always feel like they are trying to ull something over on me, or they do not treat me with respect. Well this is NOT the care with Procare in Bay Village. I have only had wonderful service from them. They always fit me into their busy day, and are honest. They will do their best to save you money.

For most people getting a car repaired is a stressful thing because the general public knows so little about them and we have to take the repair person word for it. Everytime we've taken our cars into ProCare in Bay Village they have been so nice and knowledgable. They have always been completely honest and never tried to push us into repairs at that moment if they weren't absolutely necessary. If they said something needed to be done and we asked if we could hold off on it they would give us a time frame to work with. This is the kind of shop I prefer to deal with.
