Couldn't give less than a star, but a negative would be closer. Six mistakes in a page and a half of chart. Good thing I wasn't actually allergic to something. Went in for two pinched nerves. The pain was about a 9.5 out of 10. I could barely talk it hurt so bad. Girl writes down moderate pain and the doctor never put his face inside the door of the room I was in. They give me a shot that might work on a menstrual cramp but doesn't work at all on me(thanks for the two day sore lump instead of painkiller). Three hours later the pain is even worse so I call about getting something that will touch what I'm feeling. The office manager tells me If you are in that much pain you should go to the emergency room . Really? I was just at the doctors office two hours before, and the shot, prescription, and advice they just charged me 250 bucks for really amounts to you should have gone someplace else?

I'll offer you the same advice here- for free. Go someplace else. Most of the people were friendly except for the office manager-and for all I know except for his lack of customer service skills he might be. He was the high point of the medical care I received there. I would have preferred competent but it apparently wasn't an option. He didn't seem at all concerned about the internet advertising they just bought from me so I guess they have plenty of patients to loose.

I would not recommend Doctors Urgent Care to anyone! I will not return my family or myself for services again. This first time visit was one to many! We waited over an hour before being seen. My daughter had an object wedged in her ear and was hurting her. The receptionist was not sure if UC had the correct tools to do the job and the doctor said he would take a look. My $45.00 co pay was collected prior to service. The doctor tried glue on a q-tipp to try and remove what we found out was a small watch battery. Needless to say the three attempts were unsuccessful which resulted in glue in her ear as well as the battery now. We were then sent to a specialist at a hosiptal. The specialist was surprised that glue was used. The specialist also stated that if the battery wouldve gotten wet it could have leaked acid and hearing would be lost in that one ear. None of this was explained by UC. UC was able to see that it was a battery and did not warn us of possible results. The removal was successful by the specialist. There is still glue in her ear that will hopefully work its way out and not create problems. I contacted the office manager at UC and explained my concerns that UC should have sent us to a specialist from the beginning and not tried glue due to her having the glue still in her ear ----they were very much unsupported of my claims. I feel for this poor service they should not be paid by the insurance provider or my co pay. Half of my afternoon was wasted in their office when we shouldve been sent to a specialist. Even the receptionist knew this and shes not even a doctor.

I agree somewhat with the other review on this place. I have been going here for years. Sometimes the wait is minimal, others it takes hours. What I do like is the staff. I usually see a nurse practitioner that is really thorough and has great bedside manners. The medical assistants and the xray techs are good, too. But, I did spend a long time in there trying to get my daughters fingers xrayed because there were emergencies with bleeding people while we were ther. They take precedence over other problems. Another time my daughter hurt her haed and needed either stitches or staples and when we walked in they couldn't take us because the person on duty had a hand injury and couldn't sew up a wound. She wasn't still bleeding, but they offered to call an ambulance, but we ended up taking her to the ER and she received a staple.

If you are in dire need of a doctor do not go here. The are very slow, the wait is anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. You are better going off to the hospital, the one doctor there mixed my husband up with another person when he called the ER fo further tests, said he was a 65 year old male.He is 30 years younger than that. The only time to go there is you have to is a holiday or any other time you can't go to your regular doctor.
