My friend went to Physicians Weight Loss Center, and they helped him figure out what exactly he needed to do get get active and fit. They put him on a mild work out plan, and set up a meal plan for him. He has been losing weight and has been doing very well. The price was not too bad, but it is very much so worth it. It is recommended to go here.
