I've taken my wife for meals here a couple of times and we've always been happy. It's an older hotel so it has some character. The staff is nice and helpful. It is pricey but the best in town. Pros: luxurious rooms Cons: luxurious price Posted 03/02/07 at 1:18pm Best Hotel in downtown Columbus!! A+++ This hotel is great for a business traveler or even a great weekend getaway hotel. I have stayed at both Hyatts in Columbus and this is the best one by far. The service is better, the food is better, and the rooms are MUCH better. This hotel also offers a Regency club which is a great upgrade value. There was quite a bit to do in the area too. We were also able to enjoy the largest Sunday buffet that I have ever seen in my entire life...WOW!!! Pros: Shopping at mall , GREAT Service, Business Center Cons: None Posted 05/16/06 at 1:48pm
