I switched to Edgepark Medical in the fall of 2013. They said they would ship my catheter supply at the start of each month. And they did in 2013. In 2014 they shipped later and later each month. I complained to Edgepark about the late shipments

I had a 2 to 3 week reserve of catheters when I switched to Edgepark. In Nov. 2014 I nearly ran out of catheters. I told Edgepark I would pull my business if they didn't ship on time. They shipped December's on time.

I logged in to approve Feb's order and learned I was not approved for another shipment until Feb 18th. I called Edgepark. I had had all the allotted catheters shipped and my insurance would not approve another shipment until 2/18. I explained how this was due to Edgepark's screw up on shipments. Didn't matter. Edgepark is hiding behind my insurance.

This leaves me with no reserves in the event I have to travel the first part of the month. Edgepark has effectively cheated me out of the reserves I had when I started in 2013 with them.

Edgepark could have shipped me samples of the catheters I used to solve this. Instead their position is it's an insurance issue.

Edgepark is a piss pour company.

This company is a little bit better then terrible. I was quoted an insurance price of $246 for 12 test strips and when they billed the ins company they billed $736 and drained $312 from my HRA acct and said I owed $64 more! you can get 48 test strips anywhere else for $230--$249 RETAIL NO INS price
that's 48 not 12. this company is a total rip off . beware!

Stay away from them. I ordered My supplies two weeks ago and still nothing. They lied to me and called me a week ago saying it was being shipped and I needed to give them my credit card for my copayment portion I still have not received my supplies. I called them today and they said they haven't received insurance approval. This is after they told me a week ago they were shipping it. In addition, when I found out my copayment, I was in shock. I would have been better off I ordering off of amazon or another website for 1/3 of what they are charging me and submitting to my insurance myself. In fact I probably am going to have to do it since I can't seem to get my supplies from them.
Horrible company that lies, overcharges, and doesn't give a damn.

The company statements concerning insurance coverage and co-pay amounts are false. Edgepark marks up the suggested retail price from 3 to 12 times the non insurance rate. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. A complaint about them is being filed with the Ohio Department of Insurance in Columbus, Ohio.

I dread dealing with Edgepark, trying to obtain my insulin pump supplies going on a month now. They keep getting the insurance information incorrect and never get to speak to the same representative. The billing department was very rude.

Edgepark Medical Supplis has treated our needs with best service since 2003. The staff is ready,able,with the knowledge of the products to handle our order. The staff takes care of all my requests, if it is billing,monthly supplies, insurance questions about Medicare, secondary. My wait times are nil or 5 min. at the most.
The reminder call by phone or e-mail about our monthly supplies is greatly appreciated,we all get busy forget to order supplies and run low or out. This does not happen since we have been with Edgepark, they ship them to us at vaction hotels or friend's homes when we are traveling for long times.
If there is a problem with a product they replace it in a few days, "SERVICE" / GREAT STAFF / TOP NOTCH no better company to care for our needs.

Horrible company. They refunded me my money a year later...everytime I call I am on hold for over 30 min. the customer service is rediculous. From what I have heard they treat their employees like crap and that is why their customer service is sooooo bad because they employees do not care. I will never order supplies from them again.

I have had terrible service the last three months. My supplies they say have been back ordered, however when I called marlan (the manufacturer) I received them in three days. Edgepark stated that the manufacturer had a break down. Manufacturer stated untrue. I have bee left with no pouches for the last three months I ordered. Just get the runaround. Looking for a new company.

Very difficult to deal with. They send letters asking for a return call to confirm an order. When you call in you are forced to hold for 20+ minutes for something simple like, we wanted to let you know we are shipping your order. Takes to long to ship because of these delays. Much happier elsewhere.

On several occassions I have ordered supplies from Edgepark Surgical and have been very impressed with them. They have delivered medical supplies to my home and on another occassion I have to have an IV line delivered and they were very professional. When your ill the last thing you need is to have problems with the companies you have to deal with, I felt this was a business you can really rely on and count on. I was very relieved when all these services were covered by insurance. I hope I never need their help again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
