This office is very easy to deal with. I have been with only one other company in my life, I recently made the change to Seans State Farm office and I know I wont be leaving. His office is professional and makes understanding insurance easy. I would recommend this office to those un happy with their current agent or rates.

I think Sean Devins & Lisa are terrific. They saved my family & I a lot of money by writing both renters & auto so we get multiline discounts. We even got more coverage for less money than we were paying before.

My wife and I are now living in our 5th city in 15 years. Our jobs have relocated us to the Cleveland area and we struggled leaving our previous home and insurance company in New York. Sean and his staff spent hours helping my wife and I transition into a new city and new insurance company. The time and professionalism that their office spent with us was awesome. We would highly recommend this office for any family that wants an agency that cares and takes the time to make sure our insurance policies meet our needs.

This specific office and their employees did not deserve my money. Although I was always prompt in paying my bills, they would often not return my calls and answer my qestions when I called. I had a bitter experience when I returned from my vacation and found an additional bill in the mail, after I had alrady paid my premiums for the time being. Their explanation? Over use of telephone support. I have taken my business elsewhere and I am much happier with my current provider.
