I went to the Curves on Delhi Avenue a few months ago. I found a promotion where you got two weeks free for bringing in two milk caps. I've been a member ever since! It's a wonderful place to work out. The commercials are true! It's an inviting, accepting atmosphere where you really can get a good workout in 30 minutes a day. The hours on Delhi Avenue are great. You can go each day or 3 times a week. You can go in the morning or evening. The staff is great and will advise you on nutrition, further exercise (like walking around the neighborhood), etc. Call and ask about discounts or call and ask if you can try out the facility before using it.
