Cincinnati Pool & Patio

I enjoy my clean pool and I`m happy with the services I`ve chosen. I pay with my Visa online and I don`t have to worry when and how things happen. My pool is clean on time and this is what matters to me. Since I have no probs with these guys I recommend you their services.

My family uses our hot tub very often and many serious problems occured through the years. Sometimes a pump gets broken or the heater stops working. That`s why i call these guys and I`m happy that they always have tools to repair and parts to replace on the same day.

We purchased our pool last fall and LOVE IT! We have added on to the deck and moved our hot tub next to the pool to make it our summer rec area! Our yard has become the hit of the neighborhood! Thanks Cincinnati Pool & Patio!

When I purchased our pool, my husband was not in agreement with that, he said that it was too much money, but now in our 2nd year, he learned that that was the best investment in "OUR" family time that we had ever done. We have such a wonderful time with our children and the maintenance of the pools are basically "NONE". Comparing to what my sister has to go thru with her pool (1/4 in size of ours). Strongly recommend Cincinnati Pool & Patio!

We have had our pool for 7 years and a service for most of that time. When I found that I had to start maintaining the pool myself, I quickly called our former service only to discover they had gone out of business. So I set out to do it myself...that didn`t work! Lucky for me a friend recommended Cincinnati Pool & Patio because under my care, the pool quickly had turned green. Cincinnati Pool & Patio came out that day, diagnosed the problem, and left me with a fair quote. There was no pressure just friendly professional conversation and a true desire help fix the situation. I was given a timeline on what to expect and how it would be handled. True to their word, they showed up on time and handled their business and now the pool is back to normal. I recommend Cincinnati Pool & Patio to everyone because when you find a company who is professional, prompt and trustworthy, its hard not to pass it along.

My pool hadn`t been cleaned for...a few months. I realized that i just can`t handle my pool anymore with my schedule. I have 2 retrievers and regardless of the water condition they will jump in. It was important to have my pool clean and not filled with chemicals. when I found Cincinnati Pool & Patio they completely cleaned up the pool within a few days time. They have maintained the pool and keep it immaculate since they began a couple of months ago. Not only am I thrilled with their service but my dogs are happy too! I fully recommend Cincinnati Pool & Patio !

Cincinnati Pool Distributor DBA Cincinnati Pool & Patio was fabulous! We chose the remodel route and in the end it looks like a whole new pool. We love it!

Do your homework up front and get references before choosing a pool company. I am very dissatisfied. They lacked the knowledge to fix an apparently simple problem (something another company fixed in a matter of minutes) and had very poor service to boot.
